Goodbye Michael

Okay I have to admit I am sad by the passing of Michael Jackson. I would like to remember him for his music not the other BS surrounding him. In our time I feel as though he was like Elvis? I didn't see much of the funeral today, but I am so certain I'll see the highlights over and over.

Leah survived Girls State with all the heat. Not only was she City Judge, she was also the "Outstanding Girl" in her City as well! Way to go #2 she is with the Governor of Girls State in this photo.

Lindsey and I attended a picnic where she received another college scholarship
AWESOME Hey, every bit helps!

Lauren had a 4th of July she will never forget. After performing in the parade as a Rockette along with her girlfriend, the two of them (along with other family members) flew to Mississippi on her father's private jet. They went down there to visit some family members for the holiday, ride 4 wheelers and just hang out. They were only there about 24 hours before flying back home. Lauren was invited to go with her friend to Florida but it was Prom weekend. Then she was invited to go to Napa Valley, CA but it was Lauren's 16th Birthday.
Needless to say Norman is on SUICIDE watch after seeing the jet!

Our renters have moved in...no more mowing for me, and my poison ivy is almost gone

The fox must have gotten the hint after shooting at them, they are gone and we still have our cats.
